Our Microgreens 

Please contact us here with the amounts and types of microgreens you would like, and details of when and where you would like them to be delivered.

You can order quantities of individual microgreens, or you can design your own mixture. We offer our own delicious and colourful rainbow mix. See below for details.

Microgreens and microherbs are available in 10gram, 50 gram or 100 gram punnets.

 

For first orders, we need two week's notice. Once a standing order is made, deliveries can be made twice weekly.

Subject to availability. Due to high demand, we can't always guarantee the availability of all varieties. 

We often update our microgreens selection. Please check regularly for new additions.

AMARANTH GREEN/VERDE
Beautiful, green leaves, tinged with red, amaranth is a protein packed microgreen.
AMARANTH RED/UNAVAILABLE
Chefs have long used microgreens to enhance the flavors of their dishes and give a new dimension to their plate presentation. Micro Red Amaranth continues to be a popular microgreen with chefs because of its bright color.
Micro Red Amaranth is rich in vitamin C, carotenoids, vitamin K, and vitamin E.
BROCCOLI
A delicious broccoli flavour with a delightful crunch.
BEETROOT/REMOLACHA
Microgreen beets taste sweeter and more beet-likethan an actual beet. This makes them an absolute golden ingredient in high-end restaurants – adding beauty and elegance when carefully placed on a beautifully plated dish, doling out fresh bursts of flavour in each bite.
CARROT/ZANAHORIA
A wonderful, fresh, carrot flavour, and beautiful frilly leaves.
CHICK PEAS/GARBANZOS
One of the most decorative microgreens, chick peas have a mild, neutral flavour, so can be used to decorate many dishes.
RED AND YELLOW CHARD
(TEMPORARY LIMITED AVAILABILITY)
A stunning addition to any mixed microgreens, our red and yellow mixed chard has a mild spinach flavour.
CHIA
Chia is a popular superfood, well known for its many phytochemicals, which have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.
It also has a high concentration of omega-3 fatty acids.
With a mildly nutty, tangy flavour, and beautiful, triangular leaves, chia adds another dimension to a microgreen mix.
CORN
An excellent variety of heirloom corn, these shoots are slightly sweet, and the gorgeous colour looks great with many dishes.
CRESS PLAIN/BERROS
Beautiful leaves that pack a peppery punch.
CRESS GREEK/BERROS GRIEGOS
A spicier version of our plain cress.

FLAX/LINSEED/LINO
Full of vitamins, iron, potassium, essential amino acids, antioxidants, and protein, flax microgreens have a distinctive, nutty flavour.
MANDARINA
Sweet, citrusy flavour, reminiscent of mandarin.
KALE/COL RIZADO
Mild, sweet, flavor similar to other Brassicas. This Kale produces a lovely Micro-Green of exceptional taste.
COL RIZADA ROJA
A beautiful, delicate microgreen with all the flavour of kale.
KOHLRABI/COLINABO
Mild, sweet, flavor similar to other Brassicas. Purple Kohlrabi produces a lovely Micro-Green with stunning purple stems!
MUNG BEANS/SOJA
A mild, clean, crisp flavour, with beautiful leaves, mung bean microgreens can be used to adorn many dishes.
MUSTARD/MOSTAZA
Beautiful green and maroon leaves add colour and a spicy, mustardy flavour. A wonderful addition to many dishes
OXALIS
A super tangy leaf, beautiful and decorative.
PAKCHOI
Pak Choi is a pale green microgreen with a slightly sweet, robust flavor.

It is a great source of vitamins B2, B6, C, A, K, beta carotene, folic acid, iron, calcium, manganese, magnesium, thiamin, niacin, phosphorus, potassium, selenium and zinc.

OXALIS FLOWERS
Delicious, tangy and beautiful..a real delight!
/GUISANTES
Micropeas are sweet and tender, with a flavour similar to a blend of watercress, spinach and pea. Their silky, spiraling tendrils help to beautify any dish.
Radish Daikon/Rabanillo Daikon
Radish microgreens are a spicy, colorful addition to any salad or recipe. The radish sprouts are packed with flavor and nutrition.
Red Radish/Rabanillo rojo
A beautiful microgreen, slightly less spicy than Daikon.
RED CABBAGE/COL ROJO
A vivid and beautiful, reddish purple microgreen, with a mild, slightly sweet flavour.
ROCKET/RUCULA
Though delicate in comparison to fully grown rocket leaves, micro rocket still offers a substantial peppery bite and a slightly earthy and nutty finish.
Micro rocket is high in vitamins A and C, calcium, folic acid, glucosinolates (GSLs), and phenols that are believed to help fend off environmental toxins.
SORREL DE BELLEVILLE
An incredible tasting small leaf, it actually tastes just like an apple, tart and tangy!
SUNFLOWER/GIRASOL
Delicious, crunchy and beautiful, a real winner!
TATSOI GREEN/TATSOI VERDE
Microgreen Tatsoi produces spoon-shaped round green leaves that offer a mild mustard flavor.tatsoi is packed with a slew of nutrients, including vitamin C, carotenoids, folate, calcium and potassium.

Very attractive, these microgreens are every bit as tasty as full grown basil.
FUERA DE TEMPORADA LEMON BASIL
With a hint of basil, lemon basil has a citrusy, anise overtone.
CILANTRO
A gorgeous, aromatic microgreen, with an intense flavour of coriander
DILL
Apart from a giving a strong, tangy, appetizing flavour and taste, dill microgrens have many medicinal properties. A very attractive microgreen.
PARSLEY
Superb, powerful parsley flavour. Attractive leaves.
